The seals we apply on plastic and metal parts are CNC driven equipments. The application of this technology can be used on any contour lines even in 3 dimension. The application is often happen on the slots or surfaces to be sealed. The thickness of these sealings can be varied.

For a totally smooth surface
For a less qualified personel thinks about a worker who stands by a container with a rasp in his hand, who makes the product free from unneeded material pieces by hand. Nowadays no personal intervention, nor a rasp is needed for the process.
We offer such a wide range of deburring, that we can optimize the process for your specific need. The possibilities are almost unlimited.
TEM – Thermal deburring method
With this method, the products are taken into a pressure chamber. After this the chamber is closed, filled up with gas and the gas is lit. The burrs are burnt down as the effect of the short period of 2.500 - 3.000 degrees Celsius heat. In the meantime, the products are only mildly heated up.
This method removes the burrs left after turning, milling, broaching, grinding. It is highly recommended to remove burrs from steel, cast iron, copper or alloy products. This process can be used at most of the products in a cost efficient way. The EURASEAL company has the highest capacity of the TEM deburring technology.
ECM – Chemical deburring
With this method, the metal burrs are eliminated by an electro-chemical method, then it is washed through with high-pressure electrolyte. The tool and the product do not get in contact during the process.
This method is ideal for the controlled deburring in those cases when the surface of the part can not be damaged. These parts can be gears, hydraulic- and fuel supply systems, small electric parts, engine elements.

For porous-free poducts
Porosity is a condition that exist in most materials. This condition is mainly specific for casting products since their change of consistence produce gases and these gases cause uncontinouosness inside the material. The pores in materials are often so tiny, that they are unvisible for the naked eye. But when they are under pressure of gases or liquids, these pores can be detected. This condition makes most of the casting technology made parts unusable. The problem of porosity can be perfectly eliminated by vacuum impregnation. During this process, the pores that are contact with the surface can be filled with a solid but flexible material, that are oil, chemical and heat resistant.
During this process, the material also intrudes under the surface, so this process can be done also with rough and processed casting parts, without changing their dimensions or having an extra surface on them.
Most of the materials are porous, but this is highly true for the alloy casting products. The porosity has the following three types:
Leaking porosity: this can be formed both on the surface and inside of it during production. This is caused by the insufficient pressure of casting.
Gas porosity: it is usually formed inside the material by the gases produced during casting.
Porosity caused by thermal son: this is the most specific failure and the hardest to be controlled. Its forming is gained by the change changing of consistance, when at cooling down a lot of pouruses are formed by the changing of dimensions.
The previously mentioned process can eliminate the leaks in your product to optimise their efficiency.
Impregnation is a proven technology and have been existing on the national and international market for 35 years.
The permanent load test of the U.S. Navy the problem-free applications of well-known car manufacturers and the provide of fresh drinking water prove the efficiency of impregnation and also the quality of the resin used during the process.
There is a positive underaction of impregnation of making a better surface for painting and lacquering later on.
This process is often called as ’covering’, ’vacuum-resin process’ or ’sealing’.
1: All porouses or lunkers are cleaned from debris that are contact with the surface.
2: From these cavities humidity is sucked out by dry vacuum.
3: These products are filled up with the impregnator chemicals after the vacuum effect.
4: After these steps, he resin becomes crosslinked on 90° C than becomes hard.

PRODUCTION STARTED IN SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR
We are delighted that our factory in Székesfehérvár could begin to produce. The machine installations are completed, experts have begun to serve the existing order books. Having regard to the enormous interest have plans to move to its current location leased factory hall to an own one within five years.

After the completion of excavation took place Kunszentmárton foundation stone laying ceremony of production hall. On the site there was Kunszentmárton’s Mayor Mihály Czuczai, business owners, Albrecht Heiche and construction company representatives. Following the on-site disposal of the Mayor's Office urn decorated restaurant continued his presentation of the event and our business vision presentation.
HALL GRADUATION CEREMONY IN SÁTORALJAÚJHELY
23. november 2012.
Completed construction work on the hall expandation in Sátoraljaújhely. The plant was then housed in new processing equipment at the tender procurement sources. To the ceremony we had been invited to Schwaigern, to our German parent company employee who delighted separate productions in Hungarian counterparts. We hope many of the same event can also participated.
