EURASEAL ENHANCES PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY: NEW IMPREGNATION FACILITY IN OPERATION

 

EURASEAL Bt. obtained a  96.78 million HUF (more than 0,3 million Euro) subsidy from the Operative Programme for Economic Development to be invested within a complex expansion of manufacturing technology worth a total of 276.53 million HUF (close to 0,9 million Euro), aiming at a new impregnation plant.

 

Euraseal Bt. was established in late 2004 as a subsidiary of the Heiche Group owned by Albrecht Heiche. The Group's profile includes thermal (TEM) and electrochemical (ECM) deburring, and impregnation, which has been part of  the German company's business for more than 15 years now. Thanks to the successes of the Group, management took the decision to establish a Hungarian capacity to satisfy those domestic requests that had been carried out in Germany up to then. The plant erected in 2006 at a Sátoraljaújhely industrial estate   started production with a 3-member staff, realising a 58-million HUF turnover during that first year of operation. During the years to follow, the workforce, productive resources, and turnover continued to grow persistently.

Our main activity is vacuum impregnation, as well as the thermal and manual deburring, dressing pieces for the car industry as well as fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic structures, gas, water and air conditioning.  With our help, clients manufacturing high-precision die casts may safeguard to deliver only burr-free products. Besides, impregnation technology results in die cast pieces free from deficiencies (such as inclusions and cavities), making sure these products are perfect and marketable.

 

Our management opted for an investment aimed at a capacity increase based on the market outlook, client forecasts, and our own market research. Within that project we are able to implement in Hungary development and production of a product line presently manufactured in Germany. At the core of the project was the acquisition of an impregnation plant. Thanks to the enhanced technical parameters of this facility we are in a position to even improve product quality. We expect that EURASEAL may significantly improve its position on the impregnation market.
